In the digital age, continuous optimization is becoming a strategic imperative for any company wishing to remain competitive and meet the evolving expectations of its stakeholders. Fully aware of these challenges, we have just taken a decisive step by redesigning three of our key digital platforms: the showcase site, our brand-new careers site and finally our intranet.

This far-reaching transformation reflects our constant ambition to offer the best possible experience to all our audiences (employees, customers, partners and candidates). To achieve this, the company has invested in the development of innovative, well-designed, high-performance digital tools tailored to the needs of our users.

This digital evolution is not only a response to technological imperatives, but also a reaffirmation of Antaes' values: innovation, quality, excellence and meeting the needs of all stakeholders.

Antaes has always placed innovation at the heart of its strategy

Keen to remain at the forefront of innovation and continue to stand out from the crowd, we decided to invest in the overhaul of our main online tools. This major project was completed in just a few months, with the aim of offering high-performance, ergonomic platforms tailored to our customers' needs.

Alignment with user needs  

The design of the new platforms was guided by an in-depth understanding of the needs of the various stakeholders.  

For the showcase site, the emphasis was on :

  • Text purification,  
  • The evolution of the brand book and the Antaes universe  
  • Ease of navigation and accessibility of information.

For the careers site, we wanted to :

  • Optimize the search engine,
  • Facilitate back office management.

For MyAntaes, our intranet, the objective was to create a digital environment that fosters collaboration and employee engagement.

Technology and innovation  

By choosing solutions such as Webflow, for the showcase and careers sites, and SharePoint Modern for the intranet, we have not only opted for platforms that meet the highest technological standards, but have also chosen systems that allow great flexibility in customization and future evolution.

Each platform has been redesigned with particular attention to detail, guaranteeing an intuitive user interface and fluid navigation.

The showcase site and the careers site

At the forefront of presenting the brand's identity, expertise and universe, the antaes.ch website and the careers.antaes.ch website have been revamped. Gone are the old versions, replaced by two new, complementary platforms designed to perform and optimize our natural search engine optimization. The new platforms are sleek, trendy and modern, in perfect harmony with Antaes' image of excellence.

Their clean, minimalist design makes for an optimal user experience. Fluid, intuitive navigation makes it easy for visitors to find the information they need. Textual and visual content is available in both French and English.

On the showcase site, visitors can discover in detail Antaes' activities, expertise, philosophy and references, as well as all the latest brand news. As for the careers site, it serves as a central platform for all the assignment opportunities offered by Antaes to its employees and candidates around the world.

This double redesign project was carried out by combining the synergies of several partners and the know-how of an agency specializing in no code. The two new sites were developed on Webflow, a CMS (Content Management System) that is particularly flexible, stylish and easy to use, guaranteeing a high level of editorial comfort for our Marketing and HR Recruitment teams, who are responsible for day-to-day management.

MyAntaes, the employee intranet

Another major metamorphosis concerns the company's intranet, with the launch of MyAntaes. This redesigned tool is intended to be the new digital reference space for over 300 of the Group's consultants, who are now all connected on the same platform.

The aim is to provide each employee with easy, instant access to all the information, resources and applications essential to his or her day-to-day activity. But also to encourage collaboration, interaction, event management with calendar consultation and event registration, and above all to reinforce the feeling of belonging to the Antaes "big family", a key factor in commitment and motivation.

Lotfi B, consultant in digital transformation and innovation, helped build the new intranet. He tells us more: "After understanding our needs and monitoring the various technical solutions, we opted to use SharePoint Modern. This choice reflects our need for robustness and extended collaborative functionalities. SharePoint offers excellent integration with other Microsoft products, which is essential for a technologically advanced company like Antaes. This platform allows for extensive customization and scalability that will accompany the company's growth, while ensuring effective rights and access management to secure sensitive data."

Its sleek design and multiple functionalities make it particularly intuitive and ergonomic. Users can easily appropriate the various personalized spaces, comment on publications and interact through likes, suggestions and other enriching comments. New applications can be integrated progressively, while our Antaes administrative teams benefit from great flexibility in managing, upgrading and updating the site.

Successful digital evolution from start to finish

We take a closer look at the key success factors that enabled us to deliver our 3 platforms on time.

Perfect synergy at every level

The project relied on a real collective intelligence, bringing together all the skills and expertise required for its success. From consultants specializing in innovation and digital transformation to the Antaes administrative teams and our partners, it was the union of talents that made the difference.

Everyone was able to learn from each other's experiences and best practices, while making their own contribution to the project. A valuable sharing of knowledge and visions which the project was able to draw on to meet all the technical, functional and creative challenges it faced.

The combined intervention of UX and UI Designers enabled us, for example, to carry out an audit of existing paths to detect irritants and opportunities, while proposing recommendations for action, such as the construction of a new tree structure using the Figma tool.

Meticulous project organization

From the initial gathering of requirements from the various stakeholders, through the design, development and validation phases, right up to end-user training, each key stage of the project followed a rigorous schedule.

Everything was meticulously framed, anticipated and executed. Agile methodologies were applied, with a steady pace of deliveries and regular milestones to make any necessary readjustments along the way.

A constant obsession with the user experience

The user-oriented approach was a determining factor in the success of this project. At every milestone, the teams were guided by a single compass: put the end-user at the heart of the project, and design tools to meet their needs and uses. Customers, candidates, employees... each profile was analyzed to define the best experience to offer them.

The reception of the new digital platforms by users has been positive, testifying to the success of their design and implementation. The feedback received has validated the choices made and also paved the way for future improvements. The new antaes.ch and careers.antaes.ch websites are shining. The MyAntaes intranet has been enthusiastically adopted by employees, who make it their own on a daily basis.

Assessment of this experience

As a reward for these investments, we have created 3 performance catalysts to boost our commercial appeal, our employer brand and the commitment of our employees.
