A report is a set of information submitted in a confidential and secure manner. Anyone can file a report.
There are a few points to bear in mind when drawing up a report, to ensure that it is admissible:
All reports must be made in good faith (without malicious intent). Knowingly false or defamatory accusations will be subject to sanctions;
The report should be as factual and detailed as possible, so that the designated contact person can understand, analyze the situation, and prepare the initial response;
The report must relate to a violation of the law (human rights violations, violence, harassment, corruption, anti-competitive practices, etc.) or of internal rules (internal regulations, global Code of Conduct, anti-corruption policy, etc.).
The report you are about to submit will be received by a designated officer who will assess the facts you describe. Reports are handled by designated officers listed in the Antaes Ethics Charter and on the Intranet. Each report will be treated seriously, with full respect for confidentiality and impartiality.
