What do you do for a living?
I manage, pilot and coordinate the deployment of IT and telecom infrastructures. Whether physical (equipment, networks) or software.
What's a typical day like in your team?
The customer has chosen a software solution for his business. My responsibility is to ensure that all the conditions are in place for the deployment, installation and training to run smoothly. I manage both internal and external service providers. I report on progress to internal decision-makers. I manage the budget and challenge the technical proposals. In the end, the product delivered is as close as possible to the initial expression of need in terms of design, quality and budget.
Do you feel the importance and impact of your work within your company?
Totally. The stakes are high for the business. My presence allows me to frame the project, to alert you to any risks, and to guide the decisions to be taken according to the objectives and budgets set.
