Who are you?
Rémi R., I began my career in Paris and then in Montreal in digital agencies. I went from macaroons to poutine, much to my delight. Then I came back to Europe, and I've been in our beautiful region for 10 years now.
What do you do for a living? In which sector?
I'm a consultant at Antaes in Ux Design, Product Design and Change Management. I can work in any sector, as long as there are users of a product or service. After two years in pharma, I'm currently working in the watchmaking sector. In the past, I've had the opportunity to work in e-commerce, insurance, tourism, sport, kitchenware...
How did your integration go at Antaes?
After 5 years as an employee, then 9 years as a freelancer, by chance I became an employee again at Antaes. I find that the status of consultant is a mix between freelance and salaried, with the idea of being able to change clients from time to time. As far as OnBoarding is concerned, I felt really supported during my "first steps" at Antaes. Whether it was during the first administrative exchanges or during the integration session. It's also interesting during these sessions to meet other profiles who are embarking on the Antaes adventure. I know that this follow-up will be regular, with various progress meetings as I go along, as well as meetings with the customer's Business Manager.
What do you think of Antaes life outside working hours?
It's always interesting and enjoyable to get together for moments of sharing and discovery. I was very impressed by the skills of some of my colleagues on the pole challenge at the last Koh Lanta event (editor's note: Antaes events include the Summer Event. For this edition, we decided to spice up the concept a little by challenging the agility of our employees, divided into teams. Based on the theme of the legendary Koh Lanta - see the video).
What do you think sets Antaes apart from other market players?
Excellent recruiters and top-notch administrative staff. All wrapped up in a friendly atmosphere and a feeling of belonging to a real Antaes community. The balance is right!
