Antaes has officially received 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅®𝗔𝘁𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 accreditation, the participative employer label that rewards companies where employees are happy.
With an overall score of 4.49/5 and a recommendation rate of 89.3%, Antaes has been certified Happy@Work by its employees in Switzerland and Asia.
This is the third consecutive year that Antaes has been awarded the label. This label, powered by ChooseMyCompany, recognises companies whose employees declare themselves to be committed, motivated and happy in a 100% anonymous survey. The survey assesses the main motivating factors, such as professional development, work environment, management, recognition, pride and pleasure.
We like to find the words: « caring, trust, professionalism, support, respect & team spirit« .
As well as these elements :
